From time to time you may have repairs that require attention at the property. We ask that any maintenance requests be submitted in writing.

You may email your Property Manager or complete a Maintenance Request on our website so that we may action accordingly.

Should you have an urgent repair i.e., no hot water, blocked sewer etc, and it is during office hours, kindly contact your Property Manager at our office on 9363 1100.

Alternatively, should any urgent repairs occur after hours, please see below numbers of specified tradespeople for each type of repair;
